Lashan Digital is looking for a Solution Architect to join our team and contribute to the design and delivery of digital transformation programmes for our clients.
This role focuses on shaping end-to-end solution architectures across data, applications, and integration landscapes while supporting programme delivery teams and guiding development activities where required.
Role Responsibilities
* Define and document solution blueprints and end-to-end architecture designs aligned to business and technology objectives
* Translate business requirements into solution architectures covering data, application, and integration layers
* Ensure non-functional requirements such as security, performance, scalability, and reliability are addressed in solution designs
* Work closely with Programme Managers and Delivery Leads to support delivery planning and implementation
* Provide architectural guidance to development teams and support design reviews during implementation
* Contribute to architecture governance and design assurance activities
* Support pre‑sales engagements when required, including solution shaping and proposal input
* Engage with stakeholders across business and technology teams to ensure alignment and clarity in solution direction
Skills & Experience
* Experience working as a Solution Architect or senior technical lead within digital or data transformation initiatives
* Background in software development or engineering with the ability to engage hands‑on when needed
* Strong understanding of enterprise architecture across data, applications, and integration domains
* Experience designing solutions on cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS
* Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce
* Experience defining and validating non‑functional requirements across security, scalability, performance, and resilience
* Ability to collaborate with programme teams, delivery leads, and developers throughout the delivery lifecycle
* Experience supporting consulting or client delivery environments
