* Leading your account team to deliverwork/results–taking ultimate accountability of your team, work, accounts, and client relationships.
* Relationship building– developing andmaintainingstrong personal relationships with senior client stakeholders so BWPisseen as a valued and respected member of their extended marketing team.
* Attendingand presenting atclient board meetingsand understanding the bigger client picture.
* Growing your clients–identifyingadditionalopportunitiesto grow margin and standing;selling in new projects and ideas to clients with passion and enthusiasm; working withyourAccount Director to drive account growth.
* Developing your team– acting as a mentor and teacherto the team, leading byexampleandfacilitatingpersonal development of staff through guidance and training.
* New client acquisition–developing new business opportunities, creating new businessproposalsand running the pitch process.
* Growing the agency–identifyingadditionalopportunities for the agency to grow and adding value to the day-to-day running of the agency by driving the development of internal policies and processes.

* A multi-skilled marketer with demonstrable experience across the entire marketing mix–we’retalkingATL, BTL, TTL, OnlineandOffline. Our Client Services departmentis full ofhands-onmarketersand we need our BDs topossessthese skills tooin ordertocoach and lead them.
* Can be office-based in Marlow three days a week(Monday, Wednesday & Thursday) and willing and able to travel to our UK and European clients as and whenrequired.
