About the Role:
Provide early intervention support to pupils in EYFS and KS1
Work 1:1 and in small groups to raise attainment and build confidence
Support children with additional learning needs and help overcome barriers to learning
Assist in delivering targeted interventions in literacy, numeracy, and social development
Work closely with experienced teachers and the SENCO to track progress
Gain valuable classroom experience in a supportive environmentWhat We're Looking For:
A recent graduate (any subject, though Education/Psychology-related degrees are advantageous)
A strong interest in pursuing a career in education or child-focused roles
A positive, patient, and proactive attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
