Aftermarket Service Engineer – Cleanroom & Containment
A leading manufacturer of containment and cleanroom systems is seeking an Aftermarket Service Engineer to service, test, and revalidate equipment at customer sites. This is a highly field-based role (90–100% travel, weekdays away, weekends home). All travel and accommodation expenses are covered.
Responsibilities
* Service, revalidate, and upgrade containment and cleanroom equipment
* Perform airflow testing, DOP/HEPA filter integrity testing, and particle counting
* Calibrate pressure and velocity instruments
* Fault-find electrical and mechanical issues
* Complete service reports, IQ/OQ, and certification
* Identify spares, service, and upgrade opportunities
Requirements
* Experience with airflow testing, DOP testing, and particle counting
* Service/commissioning background in cleanrooms or containment
* Engineering qualification or apprenticeship (preferred)
* Strong organisation and documentation skills
* Full UK driving licence
