I am looking for an experienced, trustworthy, punctual, organized and detail-oriented individual to assist with the ongoing management of my home and land, Airbnb guest stays, and when required, care of my dogs.
This is not a standard cleaning role. The property is high-value, my standards are high, and my dogs are extremely important to me. I am specifically looking for someone experienced, proactive and capable of managing responsibilities properly without supervision or mistakes.
Responsibilities include:
• Maintaining the property to an exceptionally high standard
• Full housekeeping duties, including deep cleaning, laundry and ironing
• Preparing bedrooms and living spaces to luxury guest-ready standard
• Managing Airbnb guest check-ins and check-outs professionally
• Ensuring smooth guest turnaround between stays
• Monitoring cleanliness, presentation and overall upkeep of the property
• Identifying and reporting maintenance or property issues immediately
• Looking after my dogs when required, including feeding, supervision, companionship and general care
• Being confident managing both the home and animals responsibly when I am away or busy
Flexibility for occasional weekends and guest turnaround days is required. As I complete the landscaping, stables and further outbuildings will be added. Therefore, this role has the potential to carry greater responsibility over time.
This role would suit someone looking for a long-term position with responsibility and variety rather than a simple cleaning job.
For the right person, there may also be future potential for accommodation/living arrangements on the land/premises as the role develops.
