One role is the customer service department and the other is supporting the sales department. Key Responsibilities: Manage customer queries via phone and email, providing timely and effective resolutions Track shipments, and provide real-time updates to customers Collating data Investigate and resolve issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations Maintain accurate records in the system and generate reports as required, including KPI's Work collaboratively with internal departments to enhance customer experienceWhat we are Looking For Previous experience in a UK office-based administrator role (within transport, logistics, sales or supply chain is desirable) Strong communication skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-moving environment Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills Strong IT skillsWhat is in It for You?
