Their platform replaces manual workflows with automation, integrated systems, and real-time analytics, improving operational efficiency and enhancing the customer experience. With £1.3M in annual recurring revenue and over 100 customers, they’ve already made significant traction. Their long-term vision is to reach £100M ARR over the next 8–10 years, growing at 100% year-over-year. As they scale across the UK, Europe, and the US, they’re looking to bring on board a commercially sharp Account Executive to join the team. Why Join? The Role Lead full cycle SaaS sales processes, from initial qualification to closing (typical sales cycle: 3–6 months) Engage with mid-market and enterprise clients – primarily in fashion and broader retail/e-commerce Manage deals through 2–6 meetings, both virtually and face-to-face Collaborate with cross-functional teams and international colleagues on key deals Represent the brand with professionalism, curiosity, and commercial confidence Ideal Candidate Profile 1 - 2 years Account Executive SaaS experience, ideally within mid-market or enterprise environments Skilled in solution/consultative selling, with the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals Driven, entrepreneurial, and excited by the opportunity to join a company early in its growth journey Comfortable working hybrid – spending 3 days/week in the office and/or meeting clients in person What’s on Offer A £50k base salary £50k OTE High-quality inbound leads and a strong, proven product The chance to join a company with huge market potential at an early stage A collaborative, high-performance team based in a London office Close mentorship from experienced commercial leadership
