ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Diageo Engineering Apprentice at Diageo Leven, you’ll step into a hands‑on, high‑energy environment where curiosity is encouraged and your development genuinely matters. This is your opportunity to learn from seasoned engineers, work with cutting‑edge technology, and grow your confidence within a supportive team that values diverse perspectives and fresh ideas.

What You’ll Get Involved In
5. Prioritising safety across site and your work area while promoting safe working behaviours
6. Supporting our engineers in keeping production lines running efficiently and safely
7. Learning directly from experts on the ground and building your technical skills along the way
8. Shadowing expert team members to see how real engineering challenges are approached and solved
9. Presenting your project work, showcasing your learning and contributing new ideas
10. Delivering a weekly job review to strengthen your communication skills, confidence, and self‑reflection
This Exciting programme will support you working towards a Diploma in engineering SCQF Level 7
Covering a period of 4years, your time will be split in the following ways:
11. First year - full time college
12. Second and third year - 1 day college
13. Fourth year - entirely based on site
Suitable transport to and from work and college would be beneficial
Entry Requirements
14. National 5 English, Maths and additional Science or Technical subject

WHAT THE SELECTION PROCESS LOOKS LIKE
STEP 1 — CV Submission
Share your current CV with your education and any experience such as part‑time work, volunteering, sports, hobbies, or projects. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and experiences.
We will review all applications and you should receive notification within 2 weeks on whether you are being progressed to step 2.
STEP 2 — Video Interview
If selected, you’ll complete a short Hirevue video interview.
(Where applicable, you can share your preferred specialty area.)

STEP 3 — Assessment Centre
These assessment centres are eld on‑site and last typically around 3 hours. You’ll meet members of the team and take part in activities designed to understand your strengths as well as having the opportunity to meet current apprentices and ask questions. This a positive and energising experience for everyone involved!
