Position Overview:
As a Computer Repair & Sales Apprentice, this senior role offers the opportunity to leverage your in-depth knowledge of Apple hardware and software. You will lead the technical team in diagnosing and resolving intricate issues across Apple devices, ensuring efficient and high-quality repairs
Tasks
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement efficient repair procedures to optimise workflow and success rates
* Train and mentor junior technicians, cultivating their technical growth
* Provide exceptional technical support and guidance to customers
* Oversee inventory management and maintain a clean, organised work environment
* Curate captivating social media content for the company
Requirements
Requirements:
* Minimum 10 years of experience in computer repair (succeeding in a similar senior role would be beneficial)
* Extensive knowledge of Apple hardware, software, and troubleshooting methodologies
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop a team
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with customers and colleagues
* Minimum
of 3 years of experience in computer repair (preferably).
* Minimum
of 3 years of customer service experience in a technical support role (preferably).
* Minimum
of 3 years of experience with motherboard/component repairs (preferably).
* Confident spoken and written English
* Candidates must be willing to travel between branch locations at times
Education
:
* Undergraduate Degree (or equivalent)
2:1 Minimum
related to Computing (or similar)
* Minimum 3 A Levels (or equivalent) A
-C [Maths,
Computer Science
, Science, Media; preferably]*
* Minimum 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) 9-4 [Computer Science, Media; preferably]
