As a full service creative agency you'll love the variety of the role, dealing with everything from one man bands taking their first steps through to worldwide organisations.
You’ll need experience in an account and or project management role in a similar or transferrable industry, as long as you have the skills we’re looking for we can work through the rest.
You might have noticed the world is a bit different these days, so you’ll need to be adaptable and willing to muck in wherever required.

Portfolio is seeking a full‑time Account Handler to be based on‑site in Bolton. The role involves managing client accounts, handling insurance renewals, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with insurance brokerage teams. The Account Handler will maintain detailed knowledge of client needs and act as a key point of contact to ensure professional and effective relationship management.
Required experience
* Account Management: 2 years
* Degree in business / marketing or substantial equivalent working experience
* Excellent project management, organisational and problem-solving skills
* 2+ years’ experience in a similar role or a role that has required the same level of organisational and management skills.
Nice to have:
* Previous experience of growing, developing, managing, and coordinating the demands of multiple client accounts
* Familiarity with social and digital management, including supporting content planning and campaign
