Our client, is seeking an innovative and strategic General Manager to spearhead our clients brand-new flexible office space in the heart of Reading.
With this site due to launch later this year, you will play a big part in shaping this office space and you will be responsible for shaping its identity, driving operational excellence, and cultivating a vibrant community of members. Ideally, you will have experience within Commercial Office space sector as this will be hands on role from day one, however it will be incredibly rewarding!
Operations Management : Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations, including facility management, staffing, vendor relations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Community Building : Cultivate a diverse and inclusive community of members through strategic networking initiatives, events, and programs that facilitate connections and knowledge sharing.
Financial Performance : Drive financial success through effective budget management, revenue optimisation, and proactive cost-control measures.
Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the real estate, or coworking sectors.
Strong business acumen with a track record of driving operational excellence and achieving financial targets.
Strategic mindset with the ability to envision and execute innovative solutions that enhance the member experience and differentiate our brand in the market.
The role will be paying upto £43k Basic + Bonus.
