Deputy Home Manager – Adult Residential Services Salary: £14.10 per hour Hours: 40 per week Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time We’re recruiting for a passionate and experienced Deputy Manager to support the day-to-day running of a residential service for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. This service provides high-quality, person-centred care to a small group of individuals, with a strong focus on independence, dignity, and meaningful outcomes. As Deputy Manager, you’ll be supporting the Registered Manager with the smooth running of the home, leading the care team, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining a high-quality environment for both residents and staff.
