Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and personable Sales Assistant to join our renewable home advisory team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service, promoting products at customers homes, and supporting sales objectives. Responsibilities
* Greet customers warmly and assist them with their enquiries in a professional manner
* Provide detailed product information and recommendations to optimise customer satisfaction
* Support merchandising efforts by arranging displays attractively and ensuring stock levels are maintained
* Upsell products and services to maximise sales opportunities
* Handle transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, including processing payments and issuing receipts
* Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming sales environment
* Manage stock replenishment and organise stockroom efficiently
* Utilise multilingual skills (e.g., English and Spanish) to communicate effectively with diverse customers
* Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling enquiries over the phone or via email.
