Junior Plumber (Fast Progression) (BBBH25705) Weston-Super-Mare, England
Salary: £34,000 per annum + Progression, Training, Company Van, Fuel Card.
We are a well‑established provider of plumbing, heating, and property maintenance services, delivering high‑quality solutions to a wide range of commercial customers. In this role, you will work alongside experienced engineers carrying out plumbing installations, maintenance, repairs, and fault‑finding across domestic properties. You will receive hands‑on training while developing your technical knowledge and practical skills, helping you build a long‑term career within the industry. Working Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, you will travel to customer sites using a company‑provided van and fuel card.
Responsibilities
* Assist with plumbing installations, maintenance, and repair work.
* Support senior engineers on commercial plumbing projects.
* Diagnose and rectify basic plumbing faults.
* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance work.
* Travel to client sites using a company‑provided van.
Qualifications and Experience
* Junior Plumber or similar.
* Relevant plumbing qualification (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent preferred).
* Full UK driving licence.
* Keen to develop a long‑term career within the plumbing industry.
* Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
