About the Role
The Hub Administrator is the front door to our service, welcoming every new client and family who gets in touch. You will be the first point of contact for all incoming calls and emails, handling enquiries with warmth, professionalism, and clarity.
This role requires someone who can combine strong communication and organisational skills with genuine empathy for families who may be experiencing challenges. A background in sales or business development would be highly beneficial, as you will also play an important part in helping the service grow by effectively guiding enquiries into assessments and ongoing therapy.
This role will be based at our offices in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. Your working days will be Monday to Friday, however we are flexible on how you work your 25 hours across the 5 days.
Key Responsibilities
* Answering and responding to all incoming calls and emails in a timely, professional, and compassionate manner.
* Confidently handling phone enquiries, ensuring every caller feels listened to, supported, and guided clearly through next steps.
* Acting as the first point of contact for prospective clients, explaining services clearly and supporting them to take the next step.
* Triaging enquiries and connecting clients with the right therapy pathway.
* Building positive relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to grow the service.
* Maintaining accurate records of enquiries and outcomes.
* Working closely with therapists and administrators to ensure smooth client onboarding and continuity of care.
About You
* Confident and professional on the phone, with a natural ability to build rapport.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Compassionate, calm, and empathetic, with the ability to support families sensitively.
* Organised, detail-focused, and able to juggle multiple enquiries at once.
* Business-minded with an interest in client growth and service development.
* Strong IT skills, comfortable using email, booking systems, and record-keeping tools.
* Lived experience of neurodiversity would be a real advantage.
