Overview
As a Cover Supervisor you step into lessons when teachers are unavailable and help maintain a productive learning environment. We support a number of secondary schools across Fleet and surrounding areas, looking for motivated and energetic Sports Graduates to work as Cover Supervisors.
Responsibilities
* Supervise lessons using pre‑prepared work
* Keep students focused and engaged
* Manage behaviour calmly and confidently
* Follow school systems and routines
* Provide feedback to teaching staff after lessons

Qualifications & Skills
* No classroom experience required.
* Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and confidence to lead a classroom.
* Background in sports coaching or similar activity‑based environments is an advantage.
* Ability to work in fast‑paced, people‑focused settings.
