Come and join one of the UK's largest independent providers in neuro and mental healthcare. We proudly employ over 4000+ people - no matter what your experience, we have jobs for everyone.
We have an amazing opportunity for Support Workers to join our friendly team at our Kingly Terrace service in Rushden. Our team understands that a holistic approach is necessary to ensure that those in our care are safe, happy, and healthy. We promote and fulfill the company values of being caring, honest, pro-active, and empowering for those we support.
Kingly Terrace is a detached property supporting eight adults with acquired brain injuries or neurological conditions. The house includes 12 large single bedrooms, a communal lounge and dining area, kitchen, and a separate laundry room. It features a Spa bathroom with a modified bath and ceiling track hoist. The ground floor is accessible for wheelchair users, with a lift to upper floors. Located within a thriving community, residents are supported to access wider opportunities both in and around their home.
There is a therapy space where residents can work with our sister company Neural Pathways on tailored therapy programmes, including Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy, with access to SALT when required to improve quality of life.
We also have an accessible garden where residents can enjoy outdoor activities in a safe, secure environment.
