ROLE: Senior Administrator SALARY: £30,000 £32,000 (depending on experience) LOCATION: Kitts Green Red Rock are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and friendly organisation within the construction industry, who are looking to expand their team. This role plays a vital part in the smooth day-to-day running of the office and offers genuine opportunities for professional development. DUTIES: Manage incoming calls, reception duties, and all outgoing post Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements Produce, issue, and track invoices Maintain and update training records and subcontractor matrices Support Health & Safety administration, including participation in audits (Safe Contractor, CHAS, etc.) Organise and prepare for quarterly H&S Committee meetings Monitor and ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies Oversee vehicle maintenance scheduling and records Manage stock levels for engineer uniforms, office stationery, and general supplies The right candidate will have an excellent telephone manner, good organisation skills and a strong administrative background.
