Sister / Charge Nurse - District Nursing
Role summary: Join our Out of Hours District Nursing team to provide compassionate community care, lead and mentor junior staff, and work with the Integrated Team Leader to meet diverse health needs, including care for patients at end of life and those with long-term or complex conditions.

About the role and where you’ll work: This position is with the OOHs District Nursing Service (core hours between 5pm and 8am). The Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust (NCA) provides hospital and integrated health and social care services to a population across Greater Manchester, with a workforce of around 20,000 colleagues delivering care in hospital and in the community.
