Own your future and join us as the Nursery Manager at our 148 place Brinds Well Day Nursery in Orpington. This role is full-time (37.5 hours a week) with a variety of shifts between Monday and Friday, 52 weeks of the year. A 30 hours per week option can be considered.
This role is a 9-12-month fixed-term contract.
Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day nursery operations at Brinds Well Day Nursery, ensuring high-quality child care and compliance with regulatory standards.
* Lead and support the nursery team to deliver outstanding outcomes for children and families.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to implement policies and drive continual improvement.
* Engage with parents and carers to maintain strong partnerships and transparent communication.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Experience in nursery management or senior leadership roles within childcare settings.
* Strong people management and leadership skills.

Benefits & Package
* Salary: £40,521-£53,235 per annum, plus discretionary bonus.

Working Arrangements
