INFORICH Europe Ltd. is seeking a proactive and reliable Corporate Operations Associate to support the corporate functions of our UK and European business units. This role will act as an internal hub between our local operations, HQ in Japan, and external professional firms. The role covers a wide range of generalist functions, including accounting coordination, HR admin, internal governance tracking, and basic contract and policy management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate accounting management liaison, including:
* Coordinate accounting management liaison, including documentation and internal approvals
* Monthly and quarterly account closing support
* Audit coordination (internal & group-level)
* Monthly financial reporting support
* Support HR administration including:
* Maintaining employment contracts
* Supporting development of internal policies
* Liaising with external payroll and benefit partners
* Maintain internal governance processes:
* Documenting internal approvals and resolutions
* Tracking deliverables and decision logs
* Supporting preparation of meetings (agendas, minutes, documentation)
* Interface with Group HQ functions and branch offices (Legal, Finance, HR)
* Coordinate with external professional firms for regulatory and compliance matters
* Provide light project management support across operational and cross-functional workstreams
Qualifications:
Required:
* 3–5 years of work experience in a generalist corporate function (accounting support, HR, operations, legal admin, etc.)
* Strong communication and coordination skills across multicultural environments
* Business-level Japanese and English (written and spoken)
* Experience working in cross-border or multinational environments
Preferred:
* Experience in a startup, tech, or cross-border business environment
* Familiarity with UK or EU basic corporate governance practices
* Experience working with external vendors (accountants, lawyers, payroll)
* Project coordination or PMO experience
Working Conditions:
* Part-time or 3–4 days per week negotiable
* Hybrid work structure (1–2 days onsite in London preferred)
