Role: General Site Operative/Driver
Location : Bradford (Multiple Locations around Bradford)
Reports to: Site Manager
Role Purpose: Responsible for general site duties, unloading and distribution of materials around site.
Role Responsibilities
Open Site Up
Unloading of materials
Distribution of materials around site
Keeping storage, welfare and site offices clean and tidy
Keeping work areas around properties clean and tidy
Carrying out simple repairs, painting and touch ups to handover properties
Person Specification
Proven and demonstrable experience gained from working on Construction sites
Experience of working in occupied buildings/homes (preferred)
Experience of complying with health and safety procedures
Driving license
25 years + due to Insurance restrictions
Experience with storage & distribution of materials
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to all tasks undertaken. Able to demonstrate initiative.
Commitment to providing a high-quality service demonstrating reliability, conscientiousness and flexibility
Adept at working in a team and providing support to fellow team members
Trustworthy
Excellent interpersonal skills, with clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
