A leading B2C retail brand is seeking a creative and driven Digital Marketing Executive to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a digitally-savvy marketer with a strong eye for design and a passion for social content creation.

With a growing online presence and a strong focus on brand storytelling, they are now looking to elevate their digital marketing efforts with the addition of a creative, content-focused marketer.
The Role:
The Digital Marketing Executive will play a key role in driving brand visibility, engagement, and conversions through digital channels—particularly across social media. This role is perfect for someone who blends strategic thinking with hands-on content creation skills, and who has a sharp design sensibility.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across key social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.)
* Design visual assets for use in social media, email campaigns, website, and digital ads
* Craft compelling, on-brand copy for posts, campaigns, and promotional materials
* Support and optimise paid digital campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, etc.)
* Monitor, analyse, and report on digital performance, offering data-driven recommendations
* Collaborate cross-functionally with ecommerce, product, and customer service teams
* Stay up to date with the latest trends in social media, content, and design
Candidate Profile:
* 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation (ideally within a B2C or retail setting)
* Demonstrable experience in graphic design using tools Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign preffered).
* Proven ability to create engaging social content, both visual and written
* Familiarity with paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads)
* Strong communication skills, with a detail-oriented and proactive mindset
* Analytical approach to marketing performance and metrics
