Are you a graduate with some exposure to data and ready to take the next step in your career? If you’ve already got a foundation in Excel, SQL, and Tableau, Rockborne’s Fast-Track Data Consultant Programme could be your launchpad.
We’re looking for individuals who want to accelerate their journey in data, skipping beginner training and diving straight into intermediate-level learning focused on Python, Power BI, APIs, Prompt Engineering, and more. If you’re ready to build a career in data and AI consulting, we’ll give you the training, support, and opportunities to make it happen.

What’s the Fast-Track Programme?
This is a free online training programme, designed for individuals with some prior experience in data tools who are ready to skip the basics and accelerate their learning.
Instead of beginning with Excel, SQL, and Tableau, you’ll start in our Intermediate Academy, which focuses on Python, Power BI, APIs, Prompt Engineering, and more.
Following this, you’ll join Advance — another 12 weeks of applied training through sprints and projects, taking your technical and consulting skills to a professional level. After this, you’ll begin your Assignment with one of our clients as a Rockborne Data Consultant.
What Comes After Training?
Once you're placed on assignment, you’ll be a salaried Rockborne employee for two years, working with one of our partner clients across sectors like financial services, aviation, retail, and pharmaceuticals. Throughout, you’ll receive continuous support: regular check-ins, personal development plans, and access to new training aligned to your assignment.
At the end of your assignment, you may transition into a permanent role with your client, or we’ll support you in exploring other career paths through our sister company Harnham, one of the world’s leading data and AI recruitment firms.
What We’re Looking For
* Educated to degree level in any subject
* Previous exposure to data tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar
* Curious, analytical, and eager to learn more advanced concepts
* Comfortable combining technical thinking with stakeholder communication
* Passionate about launching a long-term career in the data space
