Responsibilities
o Maintain accurate health and medical records for staff and clients 📋
o Support the implementation of workplace health and safety protocols 🛡️
o Provide basic healthcare support during onsite health assessments
o Work alongside internal teams to ensure compliance with health-related regulations ✅
o Manage appointment scheduling and communication between healthcare providers and staff 📅
o Monitor and promptly report any health or safety concerns to management
o Assist in the preparation and management of health-related documentation and reports
Requirements
* Certified qualification or equivalent experience as a Healthcare Assistant or similar role
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Great communication skills — comfortable liaising with both healthcare professionals and internal teams
* Working knowledge of health and safety regulations in an office-based setting
* Proficiency in basic computer applications for managing schedules and records
* An empathetic, people-first approach to supporting the health needs of colleagues
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment ⚡
