We are recruiting for a Finance Officer to join our client on a full time, permanent basis. As part of a larger team supporting the senior management team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day financial duties, ensuring robust administration and accurate monthly reporting. What you will be doing:
1. Process sales and purchase invoices and credit notes
2. Raise funding requests, inter-company recharges, and prepayments
3. Posting journals
4. Manage weekly supplier payment runs
5. Maintain nominal, sales and purchase ledgers
6. Credit control
7. Monthly reconciliations for all bank accounts
8. Receive cash/cheque/BACS payments, accurately allocating cash to ledgers
