Our mission is to help our customers keep people and society safe.
The Role:
As a Logistics Support Analysis Engineer, you'll contribute to the design and development of the ILS aspects of programmes and projects, such as procuring reliable, maintainable, sustainable, and affordable systems. You could also work on upgrades to existing systems, ensuring we deliver and maintain an operational advantage for our customers.
Typical tasks within the Supportability Engineering team include:

* Collaborate with the RAMT ILS Engineer to report on system data analysis.
* Conduct Failure Mode, Effect & Criticality Analysis (FMECA) for new and existing systems.
* Coordinate ILS reports and review deliverables.
* Build trust relationships within the customer community regarding system use.
* Support other roles within the ILS Team, including RAMT Analyst roles, as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Experience in ILS, System Engineering, Supportability Engineering, or Technical Operations Management.
* Proven ability to develop the ISP with all ILS deliverables and element plans influencing support arrangements.
* Experience evaluating support performance metrics and delivering support solution reviews to improve support throughout the system's life.
* Experience performing FMEA/FMECA analyses.
* Knowledge of reliability and maintainability influencing design.
* Experience with Testability Analysis and failure detection in circuits.
* Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
* Strong planning skills to meet deadlines.
