Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for the financial services industry? We are currently seeking a skilled IFA Administrator to join the Client Review Team at a fantastic wealth management firm in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone in financial administration who is eager to take ownership of the client review process and progress in their career within a dynamic and growing organisation
Role Responsibilities:
1. Liaise with providers and clients to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
2. Book meetings with clients and assist in preparing client meeting packs.
3. Handle no change letters and other relevant administrative tasks.
4. Fully own the client review process, becoming an integral part of the team.
