The Role – Nuclear 360 Recruitment Consultant
We seek ambitious professionals to join our team as a Nuclear 360 Consultant. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, focusing on the nuclear sector, and contribute to business growth and candidate placement.
Responsibilities:
* Lead a new division focused on nuclear recruitment.
* Develop new business through outbound sales and relationship management.
* Meet clients on-site and at headquarters to build partnerships.
* Attend industry events to expand network and brand presence.
* Achieve revenue and placement targets.
* Generate leads via market research, sourcing, and cold calls.
* Work with the Delivery Team to identify top talent and manage hiring processes.
* Negotiate salaries and contracts, closing deals confidently.
* Own your market segment with potential to build and lead a team.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in nuclear energy recruitment, sales, or business development.
* Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
* Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.
* Education to A-Level or degree preferred.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/ATS systems.
* Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills.
