Ideal Candidate Profile
* We are looking for a compassionate, adaptable, and proactive individual with a genuine passion for working with children who require additional support.
* Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant supporting pupils with special educational needs is highly desirable
* A patient and empathetic approach to behaviour and emotional needs
* Available to work within and around the Birmingham area
