Duties:
* Conduct comprehensive physical inspections and desktop assessments of damaged vehicles
* Produce accurate repair estimates using Audatex or similar software
* Prepare and submit reports to insurance companies
* Carry out audits to ensure safe and compliant repair methodologies
* Create job cards for workshop teams and support the estimating department
* Liaise professionally with insurance adjusters, engineers, and policyholders
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints with care and professionalism
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor or Estimator
* Knowledge of accident damage assessment and repair estimating processes
* Proficiency with Audatex or similar estimating software
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately
* Experience working within a bodyshop or collision repair environment is preferred
* Full UK driving licence; HGV licence beneficial but not essential
* Positive team attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to work full-time hours Monday to Friday
