We are looking for a Principal / Associate Highways Engineer who is looking for the next step to take responsibility within a small consultancy and work alongside the directors. You will be required to be technical and a leader for junior employees.
Responsibilities
* Preparing fee proposals, resolving issues and developing scope of works
* Assessing the clients’ needs, developing a plan of work
* Briefing more junior members of the team
* Expected to actively engage with junior staff members, checking drawings and reports as they progress and helping to anticipate and resolve technical challenges.
* Technical lead on projects, advising clients and developing design proposals for residential and commercial projects across the UK
