About the role
Connex Education is working in partnership with a number of welcoming Primary Schools in the Burton upon Trent (DE14) area, who are recruiting for KS1 Teachers to work on a day-to-day supply basis. This role will involve taking on full classroom responsibilities during cover days, including lesson delivery, maintaining a positive learning environment, and supporting pupils’ progress. No lesson planning will be required.
Assignment details
This is a flexible day-to-day supply role, starting in September, with opportunities to work across multiple schools in the Burton upon Trent area.

Person Specification
7. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
8. UK Experience working with children aged 4–11 years
9. Strong behaviour management skills
10. Knowledge of Phonics and Read, Write Inc
11. Organised, reliable, and proactive
12. Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to process a new one
