What you'll do:
1. Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the implementation lifecycle, from kickoff through go-live.
2. Manage multiple small to mid-sized implementations concurrently, ensuring milestones, timelines, and expectations are met.
3. Deliver projects on time using TrueCommerce implementation best practices and methodologies.
4. Identify risks or issues and escalate appropriately to ensure successful go-live.
5. Train customers on solution functionality and best practices through webinars and one-on-one sessions.
6. Ensure customers are prepared to use the solution effectively at go-live.
7. Provide clear, timely project status updates and maintain project records in NetSuite PSA.
8. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve software, mapping, and integration issues.
9. Document implementation issues and lessons learned to support continuous improvement.
10. Deliver implementation services for ECommerce applications, assisting in set-up, deployment and deployment activities, configuration, integration & troubleshooting for both customers and internal teams.
11. Conduct thorough Quality Assurance testing of the platform to ensure reliability and high-quality releases.
12. Address client feedback logs and support tickets promptly, ensuring timelines and expectations are met.
13. Evaluate incoming software development requests, organizing and validating requirements and preparing clear handovers for the development team.
Requirements for success:
14. Hold or be working towards a recognized Prince Project Management qualification. (Essential)
15. + years of experience coordinating or executing software implementation projects with limited supervision.
16. Experience working with high-volume customers and managing multiple concurrent tasks
17. Prior experience training customers on software applications.
18. Experience configuring and testing software solutions.
19. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet-based applications.
20. Experience supporting SaaS or software implementations.
21. Understanding of EDI, BB commerce, and supply chain processes (preferred)
22. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
23. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
24. MS SQL Knowledge (Essential)
25. ERP Knowledge (Preferred)

This role is Hybrid and based in our Port Talbot office Tuesday, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
