Senior Corporate Account Manager Salary: £40,000 – £47,000 + benefits
Location: Lancashire (hybrid – minimum 3 days in office)
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (with some flexibility)

We’re working with a leading energy management consultancy, Businesswise Solutions, to recruit a highly motivated Senior Corporate Account Manager. The Role As a Senior Corporate Account Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring world-class service delivery and retention. You’ll work closely with internal teams and the field-based sales function to develop strong client relationships, drive renewals, and deliver tailored energy solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
Portfolio management – overseeing new and existing client accounts to ensure service expectations are exceeded
Relationship building – developing and maintaining strong partnerships with key stakeholders
Project management – delivering service deliverables to agreed timelines and KPIs
Data analysis – interrogating client data to identify cost savings, efficiencies, and income opportunities
Reporting – producing Management Information (MI) reports, budgets, and consumption analysis using the Energy Management System/portal
Bill validation & query resolution – ensuring accuracy and compliance across accounts
Savings identification – forensic analysis of historic accounts to uncover ongoing savings and refunds
Service innovation – assisting in the development of new energy management services for corporate clientsAbout You We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager / Corporate Account Manager / Key Account Manager with proven experience in managing large client portfolios and delivering excellent results.
You will have:
A minimum of 3+ years’ experience in account management, client services, or portfolio management (energy, utilities, or B2B services background preferred)
Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
The ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and deliver against KPIs
Strong commercial acumen with a proactive, results-driven attitude
Experience producing reports, validating data, and resolving queriesBenefits
