Location
Buxton Lodge Care Home, in Caterham, Surrey
What You’ll Do:
* Provide strong, compassionate leadership to care and support teams
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards
* Drive continuous improvement across all aspects of the service
* Build positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and partners
* Oversee staffing, budgeting, and operational performance
* Promote a culture where dignity, respect, and well‑being come first
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience managing a care service (50 bed plus)
* Nursing experience with a valid NMC pin is preferred. However, candidates with strong relevant experience may still be considered.
* Strong understanding of CQC requirements
* Excellent communication and people‑management skills
* A proactive, solution‑focused mindset
* A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care
