Are you passionate about driving meaningful change in sustainability and compliance? A leading international non-profit is seeking a Compliance Manager with a strong background in change and transformation to help shape its compliance strategy in response to evolving global ESG regulations.
This is a unique opportunity to lead the design and implementation of a compliance transformation programme, ensuring readiness for new regulatory regimes such as ESMA’s framework for ESG ratings providers. Lead compliance transformation projects and policy implementation
Review and enhance the current compliance programme
Develop monitoring systems and conduct internal audits
Collaborate with legal, risk, and policy teams
Promote a culture of compliance through training and awareness
✅ 5+ years in compliance, audit, or risk management
