Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE + Car allowance
The Role
We are seeking a Health & Safety Manager to join a construction who are based from Surrey but have projects from Aylesbury to Horsham. We are looking to speak to any H&S Managers or Advisors with volume housebuilding experience either working for a housebuilder, or for a construction company. As the successful H&S Manager you’ll be join the established H&S team working across various sites in the region for 3-4 days of the week and the rest in the Surrey office.
The Company
This company is a contractor who specialise in roofing, brickwork and scaffolding across the south east on large residential developments for clients who are top 10 housebuilders.
The role will require
* Build, develop and maintain relationships with site staff
* Site visits across the South East
* Manage H&S for your own sites
* Work closely with site based teams
* Work closely with other members of the H&S team to continuously improve general H&S, policies and procedures
* Provide H&S advise to all stakeholders
* Keep up to date with H&S legislation
Desired Skills & Qualifications
* NEBOSH General as a minimum
* Must have large UK residential development experience
* At least 3 years experience
* Competent in writing RAMS
* Must have a full UK driving licence
