Leadership Development Partner (Welsh Speaking)
Location: Hybrid with regular working from our office in Newport, South Wales and ability to travel elsewhere
Salary: £40,000 – £47,000 (Full Time Equivalent, depending on experience)
Contract: 15–35 hours per week (to be agreed)
12-month fixed-term contract (with possibility of extension or becoming permanent)

Following increased interest and focus on learning through the medium of Welsh, we’re now looking for a Welsh-speaking Leadership Development Partner to join our small, creative team. You’ll help design and deliver meaningful learning experiences that align with our values of Purpose, Potential, Passion, and Partnership.
About the role
As a Leadership Development Partner, you’ll:
* Design and facilitate leadership development programmes and workshops (in English and Welsh)
* Build collaborative relationships with clients and partners
* Support project and contract management to ensure high-quality delivery
* Contribute to new ideas and approaches for learning that make a real impact
* Model inclusive and reflective practice that helps others grow
About you
We’d love to hear from you if you:
* Are fluent and confident in both Welsh and English (spoken and written)
* Have experience in leadership and management at a senior level
* Have experience of public speaking, in any format
* Thrive in a collaborative, people-focused environment
* Bring curiosity, creativity, and care to your work
* Share our commitment to inclusion, wellbeing, and continuous learning
