Acting as the central point of coordination, you’ll bring together internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure every project runs smoothly – from initial order through to installation and production start-up.This is a highly visible role where your ability to manage relationships, balance commercial outcomes, and solve problems on the ground will make a real difference.**What you’ll be doing*** Leading multiple projects across the UK, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards* Partnering with Sales and Applications teams during the pre-sales phase to assess risks, shape proposals, and support customer visits* Acting as the main point of contact for customers, building strong, trusted relationships throughout the project lifecycle* Managing project scope, timelines, and responsibilities with clarity and confidence* Planning and overseeing key milestones including delivery, installation, and production start-up* Attending customer sites for kick-off, pre-installation, and installation phases* Resolving on-site challenges in collaboration with engineers, suppliers, and account teams* Monitoring project financials, forecasting costs, and protecting margins* Driving continuous improvement by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions**What we’re looking for****Experience & Background*** Experience in project management within engineering, manufacturing, food processing, or industrial environments* A proven track record of delivering projects successfully in a customer-facing role* Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams* A degree in Engineering, Business, or similar (or equivalent practical experience)**Skills that will set you apart*** Strong organization and planning skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects* Confident communicator, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels* Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem-solving* Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana)* A hands-on mindset – someone who’s comfortable being on-site and making things happen**What you can expect*** A hybrid working model with flexibility* Travel across the UK, giving you exposure to a wide range of customers and projects* The opportunity to work with cutting-edge food technology* A supportive team environment where your ideas and input are valued* Real opportunities for career development within a global organization**JBT Marel** At JBT Marel, we’re shaping the future of food – right here in the UK and across the globe.
