We are currently supporting a client, a fast-growing international platform backed by institutional capital in the recruitment of a Tax Manager for a newly created position based in London.
This role offers real breadth, visibility, and impact: you'll work closely with senior leadership, external advisors, and cross-border teams, supporting complex tax issues across multiple jurisdictions.
Profile:
We’re looking for a hands-on and resourceful Tax Manager with at least 5 years of experience in corporate tax, compliance, and transactional tax — gained in-house, in private practice, or both.
Key qualities:
* Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
* Comfortable acting as a tax point of contact for multiple countries (without being a technical international tax expert)
* Strong communicator with a high level of written and spoken English
* A second European language such as French, German, or Italian would be a real plus
* Previous exposure to international/cross-border environments or projects is valued
