Description
Chasing overdue payments via phone and email.
Assist in managing customer accounts and monitoring outstanding balances.
Support the processing and allocation of payments accurately.
Communicate with customers to resolve payment queries and discrepancies.
Prepare and maintain detailed reports on account statuses.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth credit control processes.
Assist in reconciling accounts and identifying overdue payments.
Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures.
Provide administrative support to the credit control team as required.Profile
A successful Credit Controller Assistant should have:
Previous experience or knowledge in Accounting & Finance or credit control.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
Ability to work effectively in a team setting in a fast-paced environment.

Salary up to £26,000 dependent upon experience.
