Your Impact

Key Responsibilities
Lead whole-class supervision across diverse subjects during short-term teacher absences
Deliver high-quality, pre-planned lessons ensuring consistent pupil engagement
Enforce behaviour management strategies aligned with the school’s policies to maintain a productive classroom atmosphere
Provide timely and effective support to pupils, responding to queries and facilitating learning
Cultivate a calm, inclusive, and safe environment conducive to student success
Accurately report pupil behaviour and progress to teaching staff to inform ongoing learning strategies
Key Requirements
Confident and assertive with the ability to independently manage a classroom setting
Experience working with children or young people (schools, tutoring, mentoring, coaching) highly advantageous
Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrates flexibility, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset in a fast-paced environment
Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred
