Responsibilities
Supporting the Repairs Manager with daily management and administration of repair contracts, ensuring smooth coordination of resources and effective case management across areas such as legal disrepair, insurance works, and issues related to damp, mould and condensation. Track complaints, produce accurate monthly forecasts and expenditure reports for repairs and empty homes, contributing to effective financial planning and operational delivery.
Qualifications
SMSTS certification required; willingness to obtain after probation accepted. In addition to core duties, capacity to participate in emergency response situations such as fires or floods, lead small‑scale procurements and prepare detailed specifications for tenders. Collaborate with utility companies to ensure prompt service setup and apply best practices to continuously enhance service quality.
