About the Role
In this vital role, you'll support the learning and development of young students by assisting teachers, providing one-on-one and small group support, and helping to create an inclusive classroom environment. This position offers a competitive salary and is available on a full-time or part-time basis during term time.
Key Responsibilities
* Support class teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
* Provide targeted assistance to students who need extra help.
* Help maintain a positive and safe classroom atmosphere.
* Assist with preparing teaching materials and resources.
* Support children with Special Educational Needs ( SEN ) when required.
What We're Looking For
* Experience working with children, preferably in a primary school.
* A patient, caring, and adaptable approach.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Relevant qualifications are a plus, but not essential.
* A strong commitment to safeguarding children ( enhanced DBS check required ).
