Job Summary/Purpose and Key responsibilities
Day to day running of the office in general duties involve;
Opening and closing the office
Answering the telephone and directing calls to the appropriate team member
Organising Service Engineers diary, arranging customer maintenance visits and service call outs
Arranging new jobs installation
Managing daily customer activations from the Monitoring Company
Updating customer details and keyholders with the Alarm Monitoring Company ...
