What You'll Do (Main Responsibilities):
As a Junior IT Support Technician, you'll be the face of Fresh Mango, delivering expert assistance both remotely and on-site. Your day-to-day will involve:
* Providing front-line IT support to clients, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
* Taking ownership of new support tickets, ensuring accurate information capture and timely resolution or escalation.
* Configuring, setting up, repairing, and upgrading a variety of equipment including laptops, Macs, and PCs in our workshop.
* Diagnosing and resolving hardware problems, performing replacements and upgrades.
* Implementing and managing Microsoft servers and networks (LAN/WAN).
* Configuring and managing network technologies such as firewalls, routers, cabling, and wireless solutions.
* Performing Windows and Mac operating system installations.
* Tackling malware and virus removal, and enhancing system security.
* Setting up and maintaining cloud-based backup and email systems.
* Assisting customers with equipment collection, conducting final checks, processing payments, and updating records.
* Handling incoming technical support calls with professionalism and expertise.
Who We're Looking For (Key Attributes):

* Technical Foundation:
* ComptiaA+ qualification or equivalent experience is preferred.
* 1-5 years of relevant work experience.
* Experience working with Managed Service Provision (MSP) arrangements is a significant advantage.
