We're excited to be recruiting a surveyor to join our busy frontline team. You'll be based in Eastleigh and working across the South, covering areas from Alton to Bournemouth and everything in between. Main Tasks: To provide surveying capability in relation to identifying, inspecting, and providing solutions to problems and defects with our stock. To prepare schedules of work and project management support in relation to minor/major works where the technical surveying level is appropriate to specify and oversee the resulting works. Inspect and assess any repair requests and defects where an immediate repair may not be appropriate, and technical advice is required to identify and advise on appropriate solutions.Carry out property inspections to assess component replacement dates and advice regarding inclusion of works within Planned Maintenance Programmes This is starting as soon as possible and is not freelance.
