About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chef Manager to lead our catering operation and manage a team of 11 staff. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate food professional to take ownership of a diverse and fast‑paced food service environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, manage and develop a team of 11 catering staff
* Plan and deliver high‑quality, nutritious menus
* Manage food ordering, stock control and supplier relationships
* Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety and company policies
* Oversee hospitality events and special catering requests
* Monitor financial performance, budgets and cost controls
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and kitchen organisation
* Ensure smooth operation of vending services
About You
* Proven experience in a Chef Manager, Head Chef or senior catering role
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent organisational and communication abilities
* Financial awareness with experience managing budgets and GP
* Food Safety Level 3 or equivalent desirable
* Flexible and adaptable approach to business needs
