We’re now looking for a proactive and organised Service Administrator to join us and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. The Role As our Full Time Service Administrator, you’ll work closely with the Service Director and Team to ensure our engineers and contractors are fully supported. You’ll be the backbone of our service operations, helping to plan, schedule, and coordinate daily activities while keeping customers happy and engineers productive. Key Responsibilities ️ Technical Support * Review engineer report sheets and chase missing documentation * Quote for repairs based on engineer feedback * Source and order parts, and follow up on deliveries Service Coordination * Assist in planning and scheduling service jobs * Organise daily activities for engineers and contractors * Help maximise team productivity and meet customer expectations Administration & Communication * Maintain accurate records and service logs * Liaise with suppliers and customers professionally * Support the Service Director with ad hoc tasks What We’re Looking For ✅ Strong organisational skills and attention to detail ✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities ✅ Experience in a similar administrative or coordination role ✅ A team player with a proactive attitude ✅ Familiarity with air conditioning or technical services (preferred but not essential) What We Offer A welcoming, close-knit team Opportunities to grow with the business 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) Competitive salary: £28,000 – £30,000 If this sounds like the kind of role you’d thrive in, we’d love to hear from you
